How to cook buckwheat?

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1/3 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 spoon of oil
Preparation
  • Pour water into a saucepan and put it on the fire.
  • Rinse the buckwheat with water.
  • When the water boils, add salt and pour the buckwheat into the pan.
  • Cook buckwheat on medium heat for about 7-10 minutes.
  • When there is little water left over the buckwheat, pour oil into the pan, stir and reduce the heat to a minimum.
  • Cook buckwheat under the lid until fully cooked.
