How to cook flax seeds?

It is necessary to pour 1 teaspoon of the product with a glass (200 ml) of boiling water and stir for 10 minutes, then insist for at least half an hour.

The decoction should be strained and the mucus separated from the rest of the contents. Flax decoction is drunk half an hour before meals, divided into three portions.
