How to cook herbal tea?

Ingredients
  • 0.5 — 1 teaspoon of herbal tea
  • 200 ml of hot water, but not boiling water
Preparation
Herbal tea should always be brewed in a closed container to preserve the essential oils present in the herbs. To get the maximum benefit from it, tea should be brewed not with boiling water, but with hot water (about 90 °) and for at least 8-10 minutes, so that all the herbs can "give" all their healing properties.
